NOTE: THIS EVENT WAS POSTPONED FROM SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21 TO SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29

It's that time of the year again, time for Raptorama! For Part 2 of this annual festival, meet us at Marine Park's Salt Marsh Nature Center to learn about hawks, eagles, owls, and more. See some of these amazing raptors during a live demonstration, and go on walks with experts to get a look at hawk species flying south for the winter.

This festival is presented by the American Littoral Society, NYC Audubon, Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy, and Gateway National Recreation Area. While this event is free, donations to support this festival would be appreciated.

For more information and to RSVP, please visit the American Littoral Society's Raptorama signup page.

Note on Accessibility:

Restrooms and siting areas can be found in the Carmine Carro Community Center north of the nature center on Fillmore Ave. The B3 bus stops right near the meeting location. This park has paved and unpaved paths, especially south past the Salt Marsh Nature Center. To learn more about Marine Park's trails, please visit the NYC Parks website.
