Join NYC Audubon and the Bronx Zoo to visit the zoo's grounds and bird exhibits this World Migratory Bird Day! A green space in and of itself, the Bronx Zoo provides habitat for resident and migrating birds alike. During this tour, you'll discover the unique adaptations that allow birds to thrive in their ecosystems and explore the evolutionary mechanisms that brought about the characteristics that set birds apart from their terrestrial relatives. See birds in action, flaunting their feathers and biological fitness!

 

Registration required here. Tickets are $15. When clicking on the "Register Here" button, you will be directed to the Bronx Zoo's registration page to purchase tickets. Please scroll down until you find the "Gone to the Birds!" program near the bottom of the page. Enter the discount code: NYC AUDUBON (space included) to reduce the ticket price to $15.

 

This event is limited to 25 people. Registration closes on Friday, May 12 at 3:00 PM.

 

Note on Accessibility:

This tour will follow fairly flat terrain on paved paths. Public restrooms can be found throughout the zoo grounds.
